Mr. Theophilus Cromwell is a distinguished leader with a strong record in global trade, investment, and strategic development across Africa and beyond. With years of experience working with international organisations and high-level boards, he brings a unique blend of leadership, policy expertise, and cross-border collaboration to the education sector. As Country Director of Brit Academy Ghana, Mr. Cromwell is committed to expanding access to world-class British education in Ghana and promoting skills development that prepares young people for global opportunities. His work with pan-African institutions, international partners, and investment bodies positions him to drive growth, innovation, and meaningful educational impact in Ghana. Passionate about empowering the next generation, he leads Brit Academy Ghana with a vision focused on academic excellence, global learning pathways, and transforming education through strategic partnerships.
Ms. Gloria Badu Yeboah

Ms. Gloria Badu Yeboah

Director of Academics & Quality Assurance
Ms. Gloria Yeboah Badu is an accomplished educator with over eight years of teaching and academic leadership experience across multiple levels of education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Cape Coast and a professional teaching licence from the Ghana Education Service, both of which are recognised in the United Kingdom. With a strong background in curriculum development, instructional quality, and academic standards, Ms. Badu has worked as an NCC Education Examiner and a lead teacher at Britannia International Academy, where she has contributed to the delivery of globally benchmarked programmes. As Director of Academics & Quality Assurance at Brit Academy Ghana, she oversees teaching excellence, staff development, and the implementation of international education frameworks. Her passion for continuous improvement and learner-focused education ensures that students receive the highest quality academic experience.
Ms. Bernice Boakye Yiadom

Ms. Bernice Boakye Yiadom

Head of Early Years, Primary Education & Teacher Training
Ms. Bernice Boakye Yiadom is a dedicated educator with experience in primary teaching, learner support, and curriculum development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Ghana and has over five years of classroom and online teaching experience. Passionate about inclusive and child-centred education, Ms. Boakye specialises in early years and primary learning, A-Level Sociology, and support strategies for students with special educational needs and learning differences. She works closely with learners and parents to develop personalised academic pathways and intervention plans. In her role at Brit Academy Ghana, she leads Early Years and Primary Education, while also overseeing teacher training and professional development, equipping educators with modern instructional methods, inclusive classroom strategies, and curriculum delivery skills aligned with UK academic standards. Her commitment to nurturing confident young learners and building strong, well-trained teaching teams continues to shape a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.

Student Support & SEN Coordinator
Ms. Faith Ene Akor is a dedicated occupational therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and professional experience supporting learners with diverse developmental, physical, and cognitive needs. With two years of clinical and school-based practice, she is committed to helping students build independence, confidence, and functional learning skills. Faith specialises in developing personalised intervention plans, classroom support strategies, and therapeutic programmes that enhance student participation and wellbeing. Her expertise ensures that learners with special educational needs receive the guidance, tools, and adaptations they require to succeed academically and socially. At Brit Academy Ghana, she works closely with teachers, families, and learners to promote inclusion, early intervention, and student-centred support systems ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
